Robert F. Beam Jr., president of Beam Construction is a Florida licensed Certified Building Contractor. He has been in the construction industry for over 19 years. During this time, he has gained the experience and knowledge to undertake small to medium-sized commercial jobs and small to large scale residential projects. His attention to detail and strong work ethic stems from his Northeastern roots. He is always willing to go the extra mile during any phase of the project to ensure that clients are satisfied, and that the job is done right.

Beam Construction has a steady flow of mid to high end residential remodeling and additions. We have positioned ourselves to cater to condo remodeling where cleanliness and timeliness play key roles. Our residential "Word of Mouth" has seemed to be our best marketing.
Beam Construction has also seen a need for reliable sub-contractors to the larger General Contractors in south Florida. Therefore, we have positioned ourselves properly to meet the strict requirements these larger companies require with regards to insurance coverages, and licensing. Many smaller companies are unable to provide the necessary documentation due to financial limitations. We have proven ourselves to play a key role in quality and production on past and current jobs. Beam is currently being hired by larger scale General Contractors to perform multiple trades on these jobs.
